Happy New Year!
I know many people are struggling to get back into their regular fasting and eating routines now that the holiday seasons have ended. This week I wanted to share with you something special – an interview with IDM Community Member Laura. Laura had bariatric surgery thinking that it would give her back control over her appetite, weight and health. While she did lose some weight immediately after the surgery, her appetite went through the roof! She started gaining weight and feeling hungrier than ever. She started to do her research and found the solution she had been looking for her entire life – fasting.
I hope Laura’s story motivates you going into 2019 to realize this can be YOUR year to conquer your goals and regain control of your health and well being.
Remember, it’s not what you eat between Christmas and New Years that matters. It’s what you eat between New Years and Christmas,
