Do you have questions about intermittent fasting or fasting in general?
Join myself and members of the Intensive Dietary Management Program for our first interactive workshop on Saturday, March 16th at Bang Fitness in Toronto. Many of our fasting followers have asked us to do more in person fasting meet ups in various cities, especially Toronto. I couldn’t think of a more perfect place to host our first fasting workshop than Bang Fitness.
Bang Fitness has been my home away from home for a year and a half now. It’s an incredibly supportive space for people who are interested in eating real foods, time restricted eating patterns, and fasting. Not once during my time training at Bang Fitness have any of the trainers tried to discourage me from my lifestyle. My favourite thing about training there is that they do not believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach to health or fitness. The Bang team have only ever asked thoughtful questions about my lifestyle. They really wanted to learn about fasting and make sure they were properly educated on the subject from real experts before forming any opinions.
The IDM Team is happy to answer your questions on all matters relating to fasting, especially fasting and exercise. One of the questions myself and the team is asked the most is regarding the safety of fasting while training. You do not have to be an IDM client or Bang Fitness member to join us for the afternoon. Anyone is welcome to come who would like to learn more about the benefits of fasting.
Please see the event details below.
I hope to see you all there!
