Individuals who have a basic understanding of fasting and nutrition, but struggle to build healthy habits and behaviors for sustainable success. This is also an effective program for people who are unsure how to maintain the success they’ve achieved through fasting, or have difficulty staying motivated.

To be eligible for this program, you must be:

  • A current or past client of our fasting coaching program, OR
  • A current subscriber to The Fasting Method online program (for at least 30 days)

*Includes six months FREE access to The Fasting Method online program (a $234 value)
*This program is an add-on service, no transfers of current coaching clients into this program will be permitted for any reason, and current coaching packages cannot be applied.
**Additional sessions are available only after a 4 session package has been completed.
