Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 small onion sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 2 cups spinach fresh
- 1 Roma tomato sliced thin
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add the onion to the pan, sprinkling with salt and pepper. Cook for 20 minutes until golden brown, stirring regularly.
- Meanwhile, preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Let the ground beef sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking. Mix the beef, salt, pepper, and lemon juice together in a bowl and form into patties. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked to desired doneness. Serve with spinach and tomato.
