  • 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
  • 1 tbsp hot water
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream or coconut cream
  • 1-2 tbsp powdered Swerve sweetener (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha powder and hot water until well combined.
  2. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Divide between two mug or glasses.
