- 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
- 1 tbsp hot water
- 1/2 medium avocado
- 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream or coconut cream
- 1-2 tbsp powdered Swerve sweetener (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha powder and hot water until well combined.
- Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Divide between two mug or glasses.
