Fasting Retreat Spa Day
With Megan Ramos and Andrea Lombardi
Friday, March 6, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
at Hockley Valley Resort and Spa, Mono ON
(near Orangeville and a 45 minute drive from Pearson Airport)
Experience a relaxing spa day and learn more about intermittent fasting and nutrition from TFM experts Megan Ramos (IDM/TFM co-founder) and Andrea Lombardi (TFM Coach).
There will be presentations, individual spa treatments*, a basic meditation session as well as handouts, recipes, and door prizes.

Cost: $299 CDN (tax inc.) + chosen spa treatment (minimum 1 treatment per person)
*Spa treatment sessions are in addition to the basic registration fee.
*If the minimum number is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone.

As this is a fasting day retreat, registrants (especially those who have not fasted before) will be encouraged to eat a healthy fat-filled filling dinner the night before the retreat and a healthy fat-filled breakfast the morning of the retreat. (See Megan’s tips for Fat Fasting.)
Registrants will be encouraged to fast during the retreat day from 10 am – 4 pm

The #1 rule with fasting: BREAK YOUR FAST IF FEELING UNWELL.
We strongly suggest that you plan what, where and when you will eat once you break your Spa Day Retreat fast (if you are going to eat and not continue fasting) so as to help you choose the best foods with which to break your fast.
