The Fasting Method Program has literally saved my life. Until I found TFM, I was completely ready to give up on life and ready to accept a life of self-dread and loathing due to my inability to stop eating and inability to reduce down to a normal size body. Storing fat had become the only lifestyle my body had known for years.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr Jason Fung, Meagan Ramos, and especially my Health Coach Larry Diamond for helping me find a solution to my battle with obesity and terrible personal health issues I was experiencing. My life was quickly becoming one consisting of only eating and very little movement until I found The IDM Community.

Starting To Take Its Toll

I have battled obesity for my entire adult life and as I got older the effects of the weight gain took its toll. One year ago, I had a hip replacement which was very difficult to recover from because of my obesity. I literally could not walk due to back pain and a weak hip.

Today my life is very different. I am losing weight and becoming healthy with the wonderful tools provided by the IDM Community. The education provided by the program and especially my Coach Larry Diamond has helped me to learn about Intermittent and Extended Fasting and how to live a healthy lifestyle utilizing a Ketogenic Diet. I sleep much better and have joined a gym and enrolled in a weight lifting and cardio program. I stopped weighing myself after losing the first twelve pounds and now I enjoy the positive experience of feeling my clothes getting looser and putting on smaller size clothes. I am no longer addicted to the scale or counting calories. I stopped weighing myself at 268 pounds and now I no longer have the pressure associated with yo-yo dieting. I eat healthy foods in healthy quantities and truly live a low carbohydrate, high fat and moderate protein plan, and fast weekly to sustain a wonderfully balanced life.
