In 2017, she began training with Dr. Jason Fung and Megan Ramos to become a behavior coach to help others address their mindset and develop healthy, sustainable habits. Behavior coaching combines Terri’s research knowledge in the areas of therapeutic fasting and nutrition, with her clinical experience as a licensed behavioral psychologist and educator.
Coach Terri recently launched a new podcast with Daisy Brackenhall called Monday Mindset, to share insights and strategies related to mindset and sustainable behavior change.
