Dr. Terri Lance achieved 85 pounds of weight loss and reversed type 2 diabetes through intermittent fasting and low-carbohydrate eating strategies. Being able to regain control of her weight and health inspired her to educate others on sustainable dietary strategies.

In 2017, she began training with Dr. Jason Fung and Megan Ramos to become an intermittent fasting coach to help others address their mindset and develop healthy, sustainable habits. Coaching combines Terri’s research knowledge in the areas of therapeutic fasting and nutrition, with her clinical experience as a licensed behavioral psychologist and educator.

Dr. Lance recently launched a new podcast with Daisy Brackenhall called Monday Mindset, to share insights and strategies related to mindset and sustainable behavior change.
